Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to file a formal complaint against Hilton Grand Vacations/Diamond Resorts regarding the timeshare membership we purchased, which has regrettably turned into a burdensome experience rather than the beneficial investment we were led to expect. Despite an ongoing payment of $199 monthly, the advantages promised as part of the membership have been non-existent, and we are now seeking to cancel our membership and receive a full refund for all payments made. At the time of purchase, we were assured of several benefits, including access to Great Wolf Lodge and camping opportunities. However, these promises were misleading and have never materialized. The dishonesty in the sales presentation is not only unprofessional but also unethical, leaving us feeling deceived. Furthermore, our attempts to utilize the timeshare points have been met with continuous frustration due to unavailability. Despite numerous efforts to resolve these issues through communication with Hilton Grand Vacations/Diamond Resorts, we have encountered ineffective customer service and a severe lack of responsiveness. We are yet to reap any benefits, including the free trips that were part of the package. The entire experience has left us feeling exploited and disappointed. Our multiple attempts to seek a resolution have been either ignored or met with dismissive excuses. The absence of accountability or a structured resolution process is profoundly disheartening. Business Consumer Alliance, Hilton Grand Vacations owns Bluegreen Vacations. We have sent several complaint letter to the Hilton Grand Corporate office about our complaints against Bluegreen for their use of unethical sales practices. We know they received the complaints because they were sent to Hilton Grand, not Bluegreen, yet Bluegreen responded to them. Hilton has made no effort to assist or investigate these serious allegations. This is contrary to Hilton's reputation and press releases about Bluegreen customers being a priority. The complete disregard for how these timeshare companies treat people to make money is shameful. We have never used the timeshare and cannot use it the way it was promised. The timeshare is people sold as an investment and income stream. If we had been told the truth, that it is a huge financial burden with maintenance fees that increase every year regardless of actual use, we would have never agreed. Please investigate Hilton Grand Vacations and our complaint. We have wasted many hours being transferred from one person to another within Bluegreen. They didn't even bother to respond to the BCA.
