To stop harassing me with their phone calls.

My phone is under the done not call registered & I keep telling them that but I keep getting phone calls from them from different numbers. I have been very polite about it & they keep telling me that they won't call again but about 2 days later I get another phone call from them.

I filed a complaint with Hilton Honors for taking my points away that I had earned .

This was all a misunderstanding . Hilton honors states in their policy you must use points each year, if not you lose them. They reinstated my points and was very understanding . They quickly resolved my issue. Now I know the rules . I should have read the policy to start with . Thank you Hilton Honors.
