I was using hers hair products for several months but no improvement. I reached out to them to increase dosage and said not working. Their supposed online dr told me that due to low blood pressure they would not recommend. I assumed they understood that I was not satisfied with wasting 150 quarterly and that was the end of the relationship. I just got an email saying they shopped lower dosage and tired to immediately stop it which they said was not possible. There website is so difficult to navigate (as you can see with thousand of consumer complaints online) and no number to call to discuss. I want back and forth with their drs several times and assumed I would never use this product again since it was not working. I still have no idea if future orders are cancelled or not. They purposely try to deceive consumers by not making cancellation extremely impossible to find. Resolution Sought Refund my money and cancel immediately. They need to. Change their website to make it consumer friendly.

I purchased a weight loss regimen and ended up having a severe allergic reaction within the first week and unable to continue the product. I reached out to the company and explained my situation in attempt to get some sort of resolution however they are refusing any refund or compensation for this. I am stuck with 5 months worth of medication I am severely allergic to that I didn't have any idea about prior to purchase and the customer service at HERS is horrendous and they are not helpful at all. This is horrible business and I think people should be aware of this before they attempt to pursue any business with them. Resolution Sought Refund.
