Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I subscribed for membership over a month ago, every time I log in it wants me to pay again. I have provided my payment receipt and they still will not activate my account. I paid $60 Resolution Sought Refund my subscription

l've messaged Our time.com 4 times regarding the extreme danger ongoing with their site. I've witnessed, and someone tried to scam me twice. l notified Our time.com and they keep sending me automated responses. Some appear from a 'representative', giving reassurance lip-service. They say their "escalating" the matter. BUT nothing happens! They just kick this issue, seemingly, around in their replies. l've been trying to some action for 2 months! NOTHING! This is a 3 month subscription. Mine expires 1st of Sept. Ourtime.com does nothing more than their AI will filter out. l've explained this. They do not seem to care. l explained l am serious about filing complaint, Ourtime.com replies with same words but NO action. The same THREATS are ongoing. This is a very dangerous site. l cant even find their physical address on line! Every search takes me to their website to tell me how to file complaint with them! AND NOTHING gets done, nor ANY improvement to their 'security', and the fraudulent continues. Resolution Sought Cease all activity immediately. I was a click away from being scammed. Our time,com must demonstrate their upgraded security. One lady said she'd already been scammed. Amount of money, she didn't disclose. Our time has sent me emails from what looks like scamming in process! When l go to see the profile, its a beautiful woman (always younger, slightly seductive) whose bio description is perfect; or just nothing but the seductive pictures! THIS is only one way Ourtime.com is negligent.
