I am submitting this complaint regarding the permanent ban of my Hinge account without any explanation, warning, or disclosure of what rule I allegedly violated. My account was banned abruptly. I immediately appealed the decision through Hinge's appeal process in good faith, explaining that I was unaware of any policy violation and asking for clarification. Hinge denied my appeal and stated that the decision was final however, they refused to tell me what specific rule I violated or what conduct led to the ban. As far as I am aware, I did not violate any of Hinge's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. I used the platform respectfully, did not engage in harassment, hate speech, fraud, impersonation, explicit content, or any abusive or unsafe behavior. I genuinely enjoyed using the app and would never intentionally do anything that violated its rules. Being permanently banned without explanation, transparency, or an opportunity to understand or correct any alleged issue is unfair and unreasonable especially when Hinge continues to collect personal data from users while denying basic due process or customer service accountability. Resolution Sought I am not seeking compensation or any other remedy I am simply requesting that my account be reviewed fairly and reinstated. Being permanently removed from a service without explanation or evidence leaves me with no ability to correct mistakes or protect myself from future misunderstandings. I hope Hinge will respond with professionalism and accountability and provide either reinstatement or a proper explanation. Thank you for your assistance.

I have used hinge to connect to new people as I am moving 1200 miles away from home. They claim that I have violated terms of service and banned my account. They sent out an email to my matches and said that I had suspicious activity. I have never once violated Hinges terms of service. I have always used the app for its intended purposes with kindness and respect. I believe it is defamatory to claim that I have violated terms of service and relay that information to my matches. I just want my account back as I fear being lonely for this new move. Resolution Sought I want my hinge account back. I want to be un banned as I was banned unjustly.
