My car insurance which is Progressive Insurance paid His Collision Body Shop to repair my vehicle Their job was to install 4 new aftermarket windows and 2 window regulators on my vehicle, To make sure the windows was installed properly and to make sure all windows was sealed and aligned properly and to detail my vehicle especially the carpet and interior of the vehicle.. His Collision Body Shop did not repair my vehicle completely and caused further damage to my vehicle. My windows are not rolling up and down correctly and no interior detail was done on my vehicle and His Collision Body Shop messed up my locks on my vehicle, the Body Shop cracked my door panel on the drivers side of my vehicle. Body shop refuses my service when I tried to get them to fix the issues. His Collision Body shop has an ugly attitude with me and stated that they didn't want me as a customer, and to stop harassing them, and to not call their shop again and the Body Shop made smart remarks about the age of my vehicle. Resolution Sought Refund me the money my insurance company paid them so that I can go to another Body Shop to get my vehicle fixed correctly and to reimburse me for the door panel the Body Shop cracked. Refund for the door locks they messed up on my vehicle.
