1. I have called the business several times about a yearly HOA meeting and was told one was coming up. Nothing has happened. I asked for the HOA board members names and contact. I was given three names. Two of the members names were bad information. For one a nickname was given and the other one last name was incorrect. I had to demand contact information and was given board president's email address. I have a feeling it's incorrect. Used it and no response. 3. I asked for 3 years of the budget of which I am entitled. I've owned this townhouse since July '22. I've already paid my monthly dues for the year. I have also requested a refund of unused months and I will continue to pay monthly. 4. When I mailed the check to the address I made my other payments to it was returned undeliverable. I was irritated by this. Who run a business with a incorrect delivery address? We should have been notified in writing of the change of address. About a month ago (nearly 6 months into the year) we get welcoming mail. This is unprofessional business practicing. 5. Last week I requested the HOA let the board know I want to meet with them. No response. It's been a nuisance to them to ask for the exact things I am entitled to. A yearly HOA meeting should have been had and the board members information (email) should be readily available. I still want to receive the requested information, as well as the opportunity to meet and maybe join the board. Resolution Sought Refund of overpaid dues = $275. 3 years of budget information. A meeting with the board.
