I'm currently a patient at Hoag hospital of Newport Beach. Room 40 Isaac Azoulay. The only thing doctor are waiting to release me to check a result of MEI. I'm here waiting for MRI for 3 days and all they say is "sorry we have only 2 MRI that are busy" . This is really not right , the hospital is charging daily to my insurance only because the wait of MRI ? Charging for unnecessary days at the hospital. Now I'll report in details these absurd charges . Is that because it is slaw for room occupancy ? Resolution Sought Not to charge fault room to my insurance for unreasonable wait.

This is not about money. It is about the complete disregard for my medical needs. I have been prescribed a medication for 20 years. Hoag representatives instructed me to call for a refill one week before needed. I called it in on 12/27, but it was declined because I need to see the doctor, who was on vacation and would not be back until after I ran out. I explained I could have a seizure if I abruptly stopped. The representative was completely disinterested and basically gave me the finger. Resolution Sought Discharge this representative and revise processes to make sure patients are not put at risk because of bureaucrats.
