Horrible Experience with repairs and adding inquires to my credit without permission!!

Four days ago I dropped off my car to Hoffman for repairs. First day they couldn't get it, I said ok second day the same thing third day again. Ii expressed concern on 4, day of not having a car. Was told it would be done called in the morning, no response called about 3:15 texted a message I will pick up car at 4, no response called again no answer then got a messg. That car was not done was dropped off on Flatbush Ave in Hartford. At this point in tears had to walk home, called asked for a mgr could not get one spoke to a man saying as I cried I was walking home 3 miles with a heart condition, high blood pressure and fibromyalgia, in pain the temp was 100 degrees. Mgr calls me, car is not done told him about what was happening and health issues, no offer to get me home or to Hoffman. Upset I demanded to be picked up to get my car, in distress reached my home feeling sick they call to apologize for what they knew they dropped the ball. Service guy texted for my address it was on the forms finally got someone to come. Hoffman had no consideration of my time of my health of the temp outside and of me not having a car, no offers to make things right just me saying I needed a ride to get the car. Then mgr not there when I arrived, no offer there to make things right, they did say they wanted a 5th day Saturday. I couldn't, I went prior to trade car in they did 11 inquiries in my credit without permission. With this I do not recommend anyone to purchase or service any car there.
