This company contacted me soliciting my business. I was told briefly about this timeshare venture two years ago. I was told that if I purchase the package for $198.00 I would have designated places of their properties to visit to hear a presentation to purchase their timeshare. At no time did I authorize this company to pull $500 from my credit card. The only amount that I authorized using my credit card was the initial cost of $198. Since this transaction I have paid out 2 fees of $99.00 for postponing a reservation. I have not heard from this company since the unauthorized transaction of $500.00. There has been no communication whatsoever from this company. I will attempt again to reach it. I want restitution from this business in the amount of $700.00. Resolution Sought Refund $700.00

Please be advised that Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated does not recognize the validity of the Business Consumer Alliance and therefore will not be providing a response to the above referenced complaint filed with your office. We encourage Prospect to file any grievances with the Better Business Bureau. Upon notification of the same, we will be happy to provide a formal response at that time.
