I was lied to when I purchased this time share. I went to the owners meeting and I told them I was having trouble making the yearly assessments fees . I was presented with an option to purchase another less costly time share. I was told to cancel my credit card for the original timeshare and was told "it will go away" so I purchased the second. Upon returning home I cancelled the credit card thinking I would not be charged and it would as Chris told me the payment would "go away." Well it didn't they charged it to another card without permission. I went ahead and made the first payments because I'm trying to maintain my credit. I returned to where I purchased the second time share to inform them what happened only up be told that there is nothing they can do . I told them I was blatantly li d too and that I should not be held to the contract. Again I was told that there was nothing they could do. So I am currently stuck paying two time shares when I came for help with the original that I had. I am reaching out for help because this company has lied to me and this is causing a serious financial burden on me taking care of my responsibilities and obligations. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Resolution Sought I would like the to cancel both contracts because I was lied to.

I would not recommend a timeshare from the Holiday Inn Club company. Total scam! Since entering into their "club", we've faced continuous problems, not to mention the financial disaster they have caused us. We had to stop paying them in order to get some answers and responses back from them. Even explaining my husband's medical condition with having Parkinson's, they could offer anything and showed lack of empathy. Recently, he had to be admitted to an assisted living facility, so that adds additional costs I am spending. I have lost all respect for this company as a whole. Resolution Sought I am needing Holiday Inn to terminate the agreement due to my husband's health condition and our inability to use it.
