My daughter was signed up for a Cubs ski lesson at Holiday Valley. The instructor she was assigned to had no idea how to handle the group of 5 year olds. She never once went down with my daughter, and I was on the hill with her teacher her myself. The lesson was supposed to be 10-12. At 11am they went inside for a 45 minute hot chocolate break and then ended the lesson at 11:50. So she only had 1 hour of a "lesson" I can't even call to that. I could have bought a bunny hill ticket and gone down with her myself. This is unacceptable and I want my money back. Andy Minier works Tues-Sunday and was completely rude to me, and told me that the lesson was complete and he would not issue a refund. Resolution Sought Refund in full my daughters lesson on 1/7/2024.
