Boarded the 671 shuttle. From parking lot to ride to the bowl for the October 24th Concert . The bus went down one street and did not not move in fifteen minutes so we exited the bus to start walking to up to the concert. All four of us are senior citizens. We walked to the bowl and saw the last five minutes of the first half. Deeply disappointed. After we fooled drivers instructions to go through the tunnel go right and look for 671. This shuttle was no where to be found, so we had to walk back to the parking lot after seeing half of it. I have the receipt for the $24, and requesting a complete refund for the services not being rendered. Resolution Sought Refund the $24 paid for services not rendered
