I ordered online a product from this company on about 12/15/21 when it arrived the contents spilled out of packaging. I contacted the company to inform them of it. They were like you need to buy another at half price plus i have to pay shipping and handling an tax i didn't want a refund just them to replace it like amazon would. I received a email stating that they couldn't it wasn't their policy so i was left with a damaged half empty product then i noticed another product i had that i didn't open from another purchase time when i went to open to use it.. It had a smell like burnt rubber scent i thought to myself did the others yes i purchased others of the same item.4 other times then i noticed an thought back my hair was coming out i attributed it to dead hair because i wear it natural since i.M african american i began watching youtube an women who complained about how they we're overcharged an ignored when they had asked for a refund from this company it's wrong!!! I even sent them pictures of the damaged product.?? Resolution Sought I want a refund since they wouldn't replace the product it's the principal of it all right b4 Christmas to.
