Bought a hair unit in 2/2/21 with an Eta of 6/2/21 after numerous e_mails not answered and phone calls of which they hang up I have had zero response. Resolution Sought Would like my unit or a refund of money paid.

This order was shipped on 1.19.22 via USPS Priority Mail tracking # 9405511699000577557504 and was delivered on 1.22.22. This was a custom order and production is delayed for all custom orders. This is an industry wide issue, not just that of Hollywood Lace. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do about the factory delays. This has been an ongoing problem and is a direct result of the pandemic. It is sometimes very difficult to obtain an ETA from the factory, but they do complete all the orders we send to them and we receive shipments from them every week. We can only hope that the situation will improve soon. If you called and you were disconnected, we apologize. But this is not something that is done intentionally. We are very adamant about taking all of our calls and speaking to everyone that calls.
