I got my 2017 Lexus ES 350 in May 2021... I paid $5,500 down payment and paid the car note up to October 1, 2021 altogether $7,700. I been having trouble with my car making a whinning noise, malfunction blind spot light on the dash board, and car shaking while driving.... However I called a Dustan told me to bring it in. I finally bought the car in last Monday June 7 2021 my only off day.. They had the car all day.. Dustan said they will have to keep the call another day. Dustan told me they will be able to give me something to ride in until they fix it... They promise me the car will be ready because the part will be in Tuesday morning. I had to miss work ( USA Hospital Mobile, Al) because they lied to me. I was so so so mad because we already very short of staff at the Hospital.. I finally receive my car that Tuesday 5mins before they close, they told me to bring the car back for the malfunction blind spot, because they had the wrong part... They stated everything else was fix even Dustan told me that earlier before he left that day..My car is still making the whinning noise really really loud like a transmission or something, still shaking and the malfunction blind spot is still on... At this point I am very very very pissed and need to talk to the head supervisor or owner.... I gave Holmes Motors to much of my hard working money to a company who don't care, lies to the customers and don't keep their words... Also the car is under a 18,000 miles full warranty!!!!!!!!! Resolution Sought I would like for the company to give me my full refund since they keep lying to me about fixing my car and putting me through the trouble... Since they don't have anything look better on the car lot either!!!!!! Because I don't deserve the lies since I paid so much money in advance...
