I had this company put on gutter guards. Communication was the worst then a couple days later i found that they had bent metal on the roof line that had allowed hornets in. When i called to file a claim with them they stated they couldn't have caused the issue. i then explained that i did not have the issue prior to them put on the gutter guards. i also now have a gutter that is detached from my home due to them. Called them about that since i have a warranty, but again they did not cause that issue and would charge me 125 dollars to correct the issue. They have not taken any blame nor effort to correct the issues. Resolution Sought I would like like a full refund, so that i can pay for the hornet removal and have proper gutter guards installed on my home by a ACTUAL certified company.
