Intimidating man came out pointing down at me with his index finger

Let me say thank you for reading and I'm going to try now for my 6th attempt hopefully I can get this in as short as possible so it will fit I really need to talk to someone this has been going on for a long time this is all consuming it consumes every waking moment of my life I've purchased many tools from home people I've never done anything wrong they sent me the wrong item I took it back to the store I never got my refund I asked why they said I took the tools with me when I left and they're gonna review the footage and then press charges I asked if I could be in the room when they reviewed the footage they said no and that I have to weight the manager that I worked with that night was in charge of his own investigation so I had to wait I went and ordered some more tools for a job I had to do including the original Order That I had to return 6 items in total 5 of them they canceled one of them they picked up and returned July 7th at 8:15 in the morning I went to the store to ask them how that was possible they sent Tim out a foot taller than me intimidating man came out pointing down at me with his index finger and as loudly without yelling but as loud as inside voice is possible said I am a thief I am a liar I am a fraudster and I am a reseller and I am banned from the store and I am banned from shopping online And once they review the footage they are going to leave the store Humiliated intimidated I took my tail and I left . Every time I call They hang up, Please help.
