I purchased a swamp cooler the beginning of July 2023 with bank card ,tried 6 different units 2 different models, somewhere along the exchange line it was swapped to store credit this all within 30 days ,will not give cash back only store credit. This in my opinion is thrift telling me the only way to get my money is to spend at home depot Resolution Sought Stop telling people only way to get $ back is store credit,I get there policy does not allow if bought with store credit witch was switched by there employees
