Home Depot Sold me a defective washer it has never worked 4 months later going back and forth the technician order a part and the part can't be located anywhere in the country. Home Depot has told me to contact Maytag Maytag tells me to contact Home Depot i am without a working washer for 4 months I have to purchase another one from Best Buy on Black Friday. Please help me get a Refund this manager at Home Depot for the last few weeks is just giving me the run around 7039349580 ext 166 Stephanie is the manager she still won't approve a refund. I begged for an exchange for 4 months no I had to wait for a part and wait . I waited and waited the part cannot be located and they don't know when the part will arrive? Is the main controller for the machine. This brand new washer has never worked it was not draining and I called and reported it but 48 hrs had passed when I called on Monday to report it the machine was delivered on a Saturday. I need a full refund!!!!! Resolution Sought Refund my money

Per consumer, After many months without a washer and me going every week to complain and cry about them selling me a broken washer and the part to fix the machine out of stock. I just received a full refund.
