I recently ordered an attic ladder from this Home Depot I spent $600. The ladder was sent via the warehouse from fed ex. Fed ex brought it to a different address and signed for it. I have been on the phone with both fed ex and Home Depot and nobody wants to help me they keep sending me back and forth to eachother saying there has to be an investigation then it gets closed. I have been hung up on and told I was going to be contacted back multiple times only to get an email saying all investigations have been exhausted and it's the sellers issue. This is completely unethical that I'm the one dealing with this when I'm the one that didn't make the mistake. Resolution Sought Send me my attic ladder
