Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I purchased a washer on 11/13/21 with a delivery date of 11/26. On the date of delivery I received a pre recorded call that they had to reschedule for a date 3 weeks out. I canceled the washer and because the warehouse can't locate the washer they won't release my funds. I've called customer service 800 homedepot numerous times and no resolve. They send me to the store and the store gives me the same run around. I've done my due diligence and am sheerly exhausted from trying to get money back. This is the problem with large companies, they take your money immediately but are more than slow to refund you. Resolution Sought I would like my money back.

Per consumer: I canceled my purchase on 11/26 be cause they delayed the delivery until 12/8. Due to not having the product to scan back into inventory they didn't release my funds until 12/6 . The money actually hit my account on 12/9. I had to contact the CEO just to expedite the process.
