Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

"False advertisement in writing" This business gives written quotes that show pricing valid through a certain date and don't honor it. They are canceling all quotes after 24 hours. Yakima Home Depot management (Brandon and Peggy) verified with me that it is a corporate decision and is outside of their hands not to honor quoted price to the customer. Resolution Sought They need to honor the pricing that is on the quote through the date that it is stated on the customer quotation. I have a copy.
