Bad customer service.

Super bad customer service. Called to ask about rentals and they had me being transferred thru out the store then was hung up on. I never spoke with anyone. Called back and the next bad customer service just sent me a manager and then they never answered. Someone seriously needs to teach these people on this store. Teach them how to answer the phone and help the person calling in.
