Defective Washer - Lid keeps breaking continuously. Same issue 4 times now. Protection Plan I paid for guarantees a replacement washer after the 3rd repair of the same issue. I have spent so much time on this defective washer calling, getting repaired, have to go without washing clothes when it breaks and even lost time off of work. I am done dealing with them only wanting to replace the lid. I want them to replace the washer with another Maytag that has a metal lid and not a plastic one that breaks because of the manufacturer hinges keep busting through the cheap plastic lid. Plan # 844-529-2701 Resolution Sought I want them to do what the plan agrees to if the same problem happens 3 times and replace the entire washer. I am tired of dealing with this and I'm not losing anymore time from work or being on the phone calling them and setting up appts for appliance repair company to come to my house multiple times for each time it breaks. I paid for a 5 year protection plan and it has broken 4 times in 2 years for the exact same thing every time.
