Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I purchased online in store a wood stove and a blower that was designed to go with the stove at home Depot. The blower showed up at my house it was in pieces I took it back to home Depot I had a second one shipped directly to the store a store employee opened the package when it arrived it also was in pieces. The employees at home Depot spent an hour basically rebuilding the blower I thought it was satisfactory I took the blower home. The stove showed up and when I opened the box it was non-compatible for a blower any type of blower but yet online it says it can take a blower it does not. I took the blower and the stove back to home Depot I got a refund and ordered an upgraded stove that came with a blower the stove has arrived but it did not come with the blower the box says it comes with the blower I have the instructions that say it comes with the blower online it says it comes with a blower but it did not come with the blower. Home Depot contacted Englander the makers of the stove they said that they would promptly ship me out a blower 3 weeks later now they're telling me that they don't know when or even if I'm going to get a blower so I paid for a stove and a blower but failed to get the blower. I've had to cancel two times my chimney installer to come to my house I had to rent a truck to pick the stove up to take it to my house it weighs 600 lb it is not light so now I have a 600 lb worthless $1,300 stove sitting in my living room that I can do nothing with Resolution Sought I want a full refund for $1,300 I want a blower and I want to keep the stove.
