The workers there are very unprofessional

The workers there are very unprofessional. My husband and I had a terrible experience while trying to get helps with screws. The first woman he asked said "go over there, I am cleaning" and he asked another male and he said the "the screws are over there!" When asked for a manager or supervisor, he stated that they quit. As we walked away, he helped another person gladly looking for an item in the same area. It was very disappointing and unprofessional.
