Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I bought a GE profile stackable washer dryer in the state of Connecticut had it sent to my condo in Florida in Fort Myers paid for the delivery hook up water leaked over the floor in the walls for approximately a week and a half before they replaced it with a new washer they sent somebody out to look at it, but in the meantime, he did nothing about the water. He said you need a new washer. Nothing about fixing the sheet rack or cleaning up the water that took me hours to clean up. I have reached out to the store talked to the sales person talked to the manager of the store three different times they said they're gonna get back to me, but they never do. They're trying to brush me off. Resolution Sought I would like them to send out a person to remove the sheet rack put new sheet rack up, tape it and paint it because all the sheet rack is bubbling up the back of the washer. The new baseboards that are on the floor would need to be replaced only issue is I am not down there. I have to pay somebody to let them in which will be at their expense.
