I purchased a washing machine with a 5 year warranty. the washing machine is not working anymore-reprogrammed washing machine over the phone with help , it worked for a couple of days, when I called back they said they do not have a tech available. They will not help me over the phone. They are offering me to reimburse me at the price I paid for the machine, but it was on sale at the time of purchase, I don't think I should have to pay out of pocket for a replacement when I have a warranty. all they are offering me is a gift card with the sale cost of the machine. Their website states they will assist with warranty issues within 3 business days, but they continue to tell me they do not have a tech to send out. Resolution Sought To fix my machine or A replacement machine at no cost to me
