Used shady sales practice to get financing for a roofing job. Sales rep Tyler Woodward, obtained financing through Good leap loan. I was approved via a co-signer for $ 14,900 . I asked him for the breakdown for the job, and he did not submit to me . I had 3 days to cancel the loan. I didn't expect to pay that much for a new roof. Since I did not cancel within the 3 days, the job proceeded. Tyler Woodward also stated I would be reimbursed for unused wood., which I was not. He even stated he would put it in writing, and never did ( I requested the statement via phone calls and text). I needed a new roof. I asked him the name of the contractor and he told me Owen Corning. When I told him that was a business that handles supplies he stated Home Genius Exteriors have qualified contractors. Still not answering my question. The roof looks great, but the process of getting it with Home Genius exteriors is suspect. the reviews look great. I also read that the reviews were submitted by employees. I reached out to one of the alleged satisfied customers and she never responded. Resolution Sought Refund at least $4000.
