I found HOME IMPROVEMENT SOLUTIONS IV, LLC (Nathaniel) on the internet. I just moved and needed some new reels for my dresser. I went to 3 different cabinetry's and they did not have a router to complete the job. When I spoke Nathaniel we made arrangements for a 9am appt for him to come to my address and look at the dresser. I needed 4 reels made for my drawers to fit properly. He saw the work and said he charges $60/ hour and it's going to take two hours. I agreed to the price with the agreement I pick them up the next morning. Omw to his address 140th st Bx NY I asked him where's my invoice. He emails it and i pay electronically, then he appears with two reels in his hand and told me I only asked for one plus I didn't pay for the wood. So I ask if I want one why did you make two, no answer. Then he proceed s to walk away from the car. One of the 2 reels were damaged, the original damage wood was damaged. He used a faulty piece of wood. I have pictures of the items, how can I send them? I had the reels made by a cabinetry in the neighborhood for $30 in 2 hours. The price was not the problem the work is. Resolution Sought I would like to expose him for the lack of craftsmanship so no one else gets robbed of their money. I would like to have my funds returned I would appreciate that. I can return his not completed and damaged work. I am posting him on social media and I have proof of everything I am claiming.

On the date of appointment meeting with Greta Wilkens had explained he just need one rail that was broken for her dresser she also send me a photo of the one rail that needed cutting due to the fact Greta did not care about the quality wood to be craft as noted in Greta words and quote ( i do not care about quality i just need to put my clothes away so i can continue moving my things ) we explained our service rate and informed we do not have a router but we will hand craft to the best of our knowledge with coping from the broken rail. We sent an invoice for labor and sanding blocks for materials priced at $130.10 our invoice states ( Once materials are paid to complete project we do not provide refunds both parties are in agreement when payment have been made ) Client Greta Wilken was aggressive the moment we meet which we have a no touching policy due to COVID-19. On the day of pick-up client Greta threw the finished project on the floor as she was sitting in her car ramping and confused about her order that clearly states in Invoice # 5200 ( QB ). Greta was charged for 2 hrs of labor as a courtesy when crafting took 4 hrs but only billed for 2 hrs.
