Customer Complaint

Consumer alleges your company is not honoring his cancellation within the 3 day right to cancel according to the contract. Consumer agreed to your TPM program on 01/10/2023 however after review of the cost, customer realized it was too much. Therefore on 01/12/2023 customer mailed a certified letter requesting that the contract be canceled. Customer then called and notified your office that he had mailed the cancellation notice. He was then told the contract cannot be canceled that the cancellation information on the contract is not valid. Customer reiterated that the contract allows to cancel within 3 days without penalty, cancellation date was for 01/13/2023. The following day he received a call telling him that if he cancels he can be charged a penalty fee up to $600. Customer explained that there is no such penalty stipulated on the contract and he canceled before the date mentioned on the contract which was 01/13/2023. Consumer wants your company to cancel the contract, pick up equipment, and refund $300 subscription fee. Resolution Sought Consumer wants your company to cancel the contract, pick up equipment, and refund $300 subscription fee.
