Purchased 12 windows which they installed in September, 2018. Notified them of a defect in one pane in March, 2023. They asked for evidence which we supplied and they said a replacement would be ordered. Heard nothing from them for several months and at that point we started calling them every week or so. They rarely answer the calls but when they do each person has said that the item is on order and to remain patient. Those persons were Josh, Elizabeth, Troy, Richard and Peter Vetere. The waranty is clear and they have never disputed our claim. Resolution Sought Replace the defective windowpane.

Purchase 6 windows and 2 doors on 1/24/2019.I have called and left messages 8 to 10 times. I need 2 screens replaced and the front door latch will not open. This is a fire hazard if I can't get out. Please text or call me back. Resolution Sought 2 new screens and the front door latch replaced.

Company emailed: He has rust inside of his door hardware. Jaime lubricated the mechanism to make it operable. It works now. // Screens are new to his last complaint. I will call today and provide him with the flex screen link. He will probably ask us to do it on his behalf I think we should attempt to do this for them but at a charge because it is a time-consuming process the screens must be registered in the allotted time after install. If not, they are not warrantied and end up paying. I have only done it once before, but the good news is they get delivered directly to the H/O
