I asked the manager will he send out someone else to take a look at it? he said no.

The reason I'm giving this company such a low score it's because of the manager the technician was nice, but he was going to install me a faucet in my kitchen sink, he put a little bit too much pressure on the sink, which gave away, he said he needed two people to put the sink back together, he couldn't get no help from the office, so he packed up his tools and left. I asked the manager will he send out someone else to take a look at it? he said no, he said I need to get somebody to come out and install the sink myself, so I called DTE. I have a warranty with them they're going to send out Detroit furnace, hopefully they can put my sink back together and put me a new faucet. The technician was sent through DTE they deal with this company I figured this was going to happen because if the manager was right he would have sent another technician out instead of making excuses.
