Home Shield USA is billing me for a home warranty protection $ 324.00 which I did cancel July 22, 2025 and monthly hereafter. Cancellation done on the same day I spoke to the representative Roxanne Verino where in she billed me $395.00. and succeeding months hereafter, I realized it's a lot of money as I'm on a fixed monthly pension. Resolution Sought Stop menacing phone call and threatening rude behavior.
