I got behind on my rent and they was charging me $5 per day I didn't pay it I got it paid down to $50 and now they are charging me $50 per day for every day I'm late we have been trying for 2 years to get home team to maintain the driveway out here at shady Lane trailer Park because it's got holes in it big enough to break an axle at home team won't do anything about it when you need something done home team never shows up to fix the problem is there anything anyone can do about this Resolution Sought Look into the law and see if a business can charge you $5 a day per day you're late on payment and then after you get it paid down they want to charge you $50 a day for the remainder of the balance not being paid and is it against the law for them not to give contracts out when somebody is buying something off of them I know several people that has bought trailers that has asked them several times for a contract so they know how much the total cost is and how much a month they won't give it
