When I first signed on with this company, the service was excellent! My monthly payment was roughly $55. Currently I pay nearly $100 per month. It appears that the more they hike their price, the worse the service gets!!!! My water heater went out on 5/16. They put in an order for 5/22 so I essentially have to go FIVE DAYS without hot water. Their system is designed for them to call you back when you reach out. I've been waiting for a call back for more than 24 hours. When you do reach someone, there is a language barrier often times, the reps don't at all listen to what you have to say and they refuse to escalate your call. Resolution Sought I need quicker service for my repair. I will need to then terminate my contract and get a prorated refund for the money I've dumped into this policy while receiving egregiously poor customer service.

Renewed my home warranty and filed a claim. The sent a tech out to complete the job. He never returned to finish the job. They couldn't contact him. I have contacted HWA around 5 to 6 times and they were supposed to sent a new tech out. After 48hr and being without air conditioner, I told them there is no point in keeping warranty with them. When they can't do the job that I have them for. Resolution Sought Refund me $329.00.
