Renewed my home warranty and filed a claim. The sent a tech out to complete the job. He never returned to finish the job. They couldn't contact him. I have contacted HWA around 5 to 6 times and they were supposed to sent a new tech out. After 48hr and being without air conditioner, I told them there is no point in keeping warranty with them. When they can't do the job that I have them for. Resolution Sought Refund me $329.00.

I've been waiting almost 3 months for a Frigidaire, lost foods replacement due to the parts wasn't available anymore the unit out dated. the home warranty I paid $650 on March 2022, the deductible was $100.00 I've paid this in February 2023. I've called over 20 times giving me the run around &excuses. Resolution Sought Would like the new Frigidaire unit$ food voucher for $270 I was told I was entitled to. I could receive that I will get the voucher to purchase a new .ASAP the time I've been waiting it's a very unconscious no t good living with out a Frigidaire I'm me home so I can continue living a normal life in my home.
