Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. I joined this home warranty company in August 4, 2022.(actually became membership after one month waiting period in September 4, 2022)He demanded I pay $395 "down Payment" to set up by giving my Chase credit card No. It's a 36 month agreement: each mon $153.12 for two years, the remaining year no need to pay which is a lot higher than paying straight each month till the end. Two days ago I called for the first time the repair service, he told me my policy was cancelled! He told me the bank had "charged back" the card, he explained what it means since I don't know what it means. (as the payment day is the 3rd of the month and that credit card due day is 16th sometime I haven't got my statement yet! So I disputed the late fee and thought resolved.) He can just simply call me very easy way by telling me cannot process my card instead of, in the hindsight taking advantage of the situation and cancelled my policy without calling me let me know!? In the phone the supervisor Aaron Brown at one point asking how much I want to have the refund, I answered $400, and said he gonna write me a check right there and then and confirming my address. I thanked him very much. I should have ended there, but out of reciprocal I asked him what he wanted to say, in the end he said it's my fault and cannot give money back??!! I didn't get any service and losing money. I only want my down payment back.
