I am currently disputing a transaction with my bank with home2suites. My bank gave me a temporary credit months ago that I currently still have because the hotel was NO help and I couldn't get ahold of the manager I just kept getting messages that they wont reverse it . However, in the past week the bank has said they may reverse it because home2suits appealed it. I got sick and there was evidence of bodily fluid which I never denied. I sent evidence of doctors note to the bank that are still under review however I am getting a Huge miscommunication on my claim. The phone system is saying my claim Is closed but online it says they are reevaluating the additional information I sent in (doctors notes) I really don't want to bring this hotel to court but I'm ready to put them out of business. They didn't care that I have a documented medical condition and $500 is a hideous amount of money for this. The only recent contact I have had with you hotel is calling cooperate many times last week which they can only rely on the hotels decision I was extremely frustrated because cooperate is supposed to protect the customer from any wrong decision made by lower management. I also contacted the Facebook page who has reached out to the hotel who is claiming that they aren't amending the decision. I would like to Settle with the hotel and need my money back or some other ideal solution. This hotel has terrible customer service and I will not let them get away with this. Resolution Sought A refund or anything amounting to a refund at this point. (Points in over $500 for a few nights at a Hilton.)
