Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. This service was only completed once and canceled within a week. This company continues to use to bill me each month th after canceling and requesting refunds 3 times. They are refusing to refund me for 3 months of services Resolution Sought I would like a refund for the amount of $195.00 that has been charged $49 times 3 months. February 2025, March 2025 and April 2025

We have honored the customer's request to cancel their membership and have processed the applicable refunds to their account. Additionally, we have communicated the resolution to the customer via email on April 13, 2025, and again today, May 12, 2025.

I was very dissatisfied with the services I received. I'm agreeable to pay for the one time cleaning, but want to cancel all upcoming services completely. I was told that I signed a contract and if I wanted to cancel early I would owe $311.64, and an additional charge. There is no phone number to contact them, everything is through email. The original ad is very misleading, I believed I was getting a service I could pay for as I used them, and the discounted amount would be good for 6 months, no matter how often I used them the additional $51.94 per month charge is very well hidden. When I called, then had to email, my dissatisfaction I was told I had signed a "contract" for 6 months and would owe the money regardless. Resolution Sought Cancel any further contact, I'll pay for the one time cleaning, but no more. Cancel my "contract".
