July 2023 I hired Homeaglow to cleaner my condominium. The cleaner did not do the job or spend the allotted time cleaning. I sent this information to home aglow via text and requested a cancellation of services. They have been charging me each month. I pay my credit card bill regardless. I have tried several times to get a resolution.. Resolution Sought Refund the charge s from home a glow. I have text re: cancelled request. Thank you

I used this cleaning service one time. The representative stated that they would contact me after the appointment to see if this is something I would like to continue. At this time I know I was not going to continue because they rescheduled my first appointment for two weeks later without contacting me. I had to contact them to inquire.. no one ever contacted me to ask if I wanted this on going service which I do not. But they charged my card again. I tried to cancel on the website but was unable to. This "company " is extremely unprofessional and deceptive! I would not recommend them to anyone. I would like them not to have access to charge my card. Resolution Sought I would like this business to refund my money and STOP charging my card! Stop being deceptive and taking peoples money!
