They are a company you do not want to deal with. I have returned the router for Internet because it didn't work very good and could not get support to respond. They have a "chat" link on their website but it doesn't work when you click it. I returned the router to the address listed on the return and stated that I no longer wanted their service (because I could not get any response). They are still charging my account and Capital One will not reimburse me the amount because HomeFi still states I'm getting a service. Very frustrating and do not trust this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Resolution Sought Just to be reimbursed for a service not receiving and return of merchandise.

The tracking number for this return shows they received their product back two weeks ago but they still have not issued my refund. I emailed them (as that's the only customer service available) and they responded 6 days later, telling me to be patient because their product has to be checked out. (Their product didn't work...so therefore, it was unusable and sat in the box it came in) Mind you, this is an ongoing/unresolved issue since June 6th and its now August 10th. I have sent over 37 emails and all they seem to be able to do, is tell me to be patient. I need my refund. Resolution Sought Refund the $88.81 to my account
