Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I am being evicted from homeless solutions this March first, 2023 because I won't give Dekida M. and Kim R. 750 dollars a month in cash which wrong doing to a ssd recipient who is in dire need of shelter in a disability condition Resolution Sought To stay at homeless solutions till I'm ready to go possibly in 4 months
