CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I placed an order on the evening of 10/16/2023 online. After seeing the delivery information would not work for me I cancelled it immediately on the morning of 10/17/2023 via phone call to Homemakers. I was told, no problem, the order had been cancelled, the amount of $623.81 would be credited back to my credit card account. I asked for a confirmation number, told they do not provide one. I received my credit card statement 12 days later, showing I was charged for the $623.81 and it had not been credited/refunded back. I called Homemakers, was assured that I would be credited for the $623.81 within 2 weeks of my initial call, the timeframe I was told it takes to receive a credit. I asked for a confirmation number again and was not provided one. My return credit/refund did not happen in the 2 week timeframe as promised. This left me no choice so reluctantly I disputed the charge following credit card procedures. On 12/6/2023 the amount of $623.81 is back on my credit card as a charge. I did NOT receive any furniture!!!!! I CANCELLED the order in less than 24 hours and was assured I would be refunded $623.81. No one responds back to me on this from Homemakers. I have e-mailed Homemakers Customer Service with no response as of 12/12/2023. Resolution Sought Credit/refund $623.81 to my credit card immediately.
