HomePro is selling 5 year contract for home security and cameras but the cameras are constantly not working on a daily basis. I've been asking from Oct for them to correct the problem bit they and sent out 3 techs who's not been able to fix the situation also. Out of the 3 to 4 months the cameras has been in installed they haven't worked a complete week or 3 days straight without their being any outages or asking for it to be rebooted and this is not an exaggeration on my part. The cameras are always out since they've been installed on my property. Resolution Sought Allow me to get out of my contract for lack of service through the products I purchased from them. They refuse to rectify the problems or accept accountability for their lack of service of the cameras I purchased from them.

The company has did little to nothing to resolve my complaint. I'm still having the same issues and my cameras has been out for days following this expert pro coming to check on them.
