My car has been at this dealership for months the past two years with same problem. Well same problem again this year. I took it in on the 9th of November and they were too busy to take it in. I told them the warranty expired on the 11th. They told me to bring it back on Monday the 15th and assured me it wouldn't be a problem. We'll they call me on November 30th and said it would be $585 and my warranty had expired. They should be responsible for this since they told me that. Also they did over $3000 work last year and this problem is connected to what they did then. But they say it's not and they didn't warranty what they did last year anyway. Resolution Sought Fix my car at no charge. They had my car from 2/25/2019 until 6/29/2019. Then again 2/25/2020 until 7/21/2020. Same problems.
