I was a tenant same property for over 3 years. Three different rental companies managed the property within the three years. When I moved out February 28,2022 I left the duplex cleaner than it was when I moved in on December 1st 2018 minus very little wear and tear on the carpet wich was only the bedrooms . I knew I was going to be responsible for the front door that I broke accidentally and told Miss Taylor when I spoke to her about the door and the move out procedures. 18th of March I received a letter from Taylor, home River group deductions that was withheld from my deposit move out charge $250 carpet cleaning, $83.66 Make Ready supplies, $300 detail cleaning $600 front door replacement total deductions $1,233.6 7, total refund $3.83 I immediately called Taylor and she went on telling me actually yelling at me that there was pee in the toilet. I know that there was no pee in the toilet I took pictures of that place before I left maybe the maintenance man peed. Idk. If you would like for me to send you pictures I will. Tayler said she has pictures to. I was very upset so I went on Orchards and Onions vented on how I a senior citizen feel like I was ripped off. I've received several messages from people in Lake Havasu City. That feel the same way as I do about that company. I am a senior citizen on Social Security and cannot afford to just throw 1237.50 down the drain..they did not give me any proof no receipts, just a paper what they deducted. Resolution Sought Give me back my deposit! Stop cheating people. Not just me but everyone!
