My Complaint is in regards to first not getting the repair done on my scheduled appointment the repair company lied about coming to my home when I have cameras outside. I did a complaint than HomeServe someone name Jill T. Her last name starts with a T sounds like Trunt. Her phone number is 423-680-5255. She called playing phone tag when I sent an email with time and date and left her a Voicemail of how she could reach me. She also kept hanging up the phone when I was leaving a Voicemail. She refused to call during the times she could reach me or leave a message how I could reach her. Nobody has called me about my washing machine repair, replacement or denial. Jill intentionally ignores me. Resolution Sought Call discuss about Washing Machine repair, replacement or denial.

We are in receipt of the complaint filed by Ms. Smalls and regret to learn of her dissatisfaction. HomeServe USA places our customers at the heart of everything we do and considers customer satisfaction of utmost importance. We take customer complaints seriously and are happy to report that the issue is resolved. In response to this complaint, a member of HomeServe's Office of the President ("OTP") conducted a detailed investigation of the issue and as a result, called Ms. Smalls on March 27, 2024, and informed her that although the cost of repairing her washing machine is not covered, HomeServe would provide her with a monetary goodwill gesture in light of her customer experience. Ms. Smalls accepted this outcome. We trust this response satisfactorily resolves Ms. Smalls' concerns. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention and giving us the opportunity to respond. We welcome Ms. Smalls to reach out to us with any further concerns.
