Terrible customer service, very unprofessional, and will never do business with these people again

They come off as experienced and knowledgeable with real estate and mortgages.Which they don't have professional brokers. The Regional Manager Mike Mabry should raise concerns since he oversees all branches in the Chicago land area. Poor customer service skills, which now I understand why the brokers he manages behave such unprofessional manner and are not properly trained. They are very careless and reckless playing customers money without any remorse of the possibility of a denial of a loan. They do not care if you lose your MONEY. THIS SHOULD BE A WARNING! If you considering using them for your loan, THINK AGAIN, i wouldn't provide any upfront costs to them. Mover to another lender. There are lenders who take no money from you until you CLOSE, search them out, cashcall mortgage :)
