Homeside Financial became my Mortgage Lender 12-2020. By contract (#1477350910) Homeside manages Taxes for this Property. Property Tax for all 2021, $3,554.38 has not been paid as of Feb. 24, 2022. I have been calling and issuing complaints since October 2021. Homeside has continually takin the position that this is the Fault of Yakima County Treasurer. Yakima County Treasurer is not responsible for paying my Property Taxes. Homeside has Breached the Mortgage Contract by refusing or neglecting to pay my Property Taxes since April 2021. This Breach of Contract has resulted in $746.42 in late fees to date. This Breach has also tarnished my Good Standing with the Treasurer Dept. of more than 50 years. Since 12-2020 with exception of two months, Homeside has refused to properly apply Principal Only funds that I have sent on a monthly basis. I have made numerous phone calls attempting to get this corrected since January 2021. 01-2022 Homeside recalculated this loan ONLY after complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau. Case #36184167. 01-2022 Homeside reverted right back to the original issue on NOT applying Principal Only payments to the Principal. Principal Only payments are consistently being applied as Additional Monthly Payment. Homeside HAS NOT properly executed this Contract regarding Taxes and Principal Only payments since the Origination Date of December 2020. However, Homeside is very consistent with accepting my payment. Resolution Sought Homeside Financial has consistently month after month Breached the Contract that I entered into with Homeside since 12-2021. Homeside immediately pay Property Taxes in full to include Late Fees. Immediately re-issue the IRS Form #1098 for Taxes paid for IRS Income Tax filing for year 2021. Principal Only Payments to be applied correctly and consistently. Refund of ALL ORIGINATION FEES for this Loan Contract be reimbursed so that I can Refinance this Loan to a Reputable Lender.

We apologize for any shortcomings in his experience during loan servicing and we have worked with our servicing partner to address these concerns and have updated Mr. Smith's account accordingly. On September 30, 2021, it was advised that parcel number 18142511404 was no longer active, and the parcel number is 18142511400. In April 2021 the parcel 18142511404 was paid and applied to the inactive parcel number. Our offices received a check for $1,731.08 that was deposited back into your escrow account, a new check was reissued to be sent to Yakima County. A total of $3,554.38 will be charged to your escrow account and our offices will absorb the penalty fees of $781.97 making a total disbursement of $4,336.35.
